Common Questions
How do I restore my Kin Pro purchase?
Open Kin, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings in Kin and tap "Manage Subscription", or open your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
How do I delete my data?
Open Kin, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Local Account Data". This permanently removes all profiles, answers, photos, and progress stored on your device. This action cannot be undone.
Is my data stored in the cloud?
No. In the current version of Kin, all data is stored locally on your device. We do not sync your data to any server.
Why isn't Apple Intelligence working?
Apple Intelligence features require a supported device, region, and language. Kin includes fallback UI for devices without Apple Intelligence. Check that your device and iOS version support Apple Intelligence in your region.
App Store Review
Kin is a couple and family conversation prompt app. It works without login. Kin Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription via StoreKit 2. No third-party analytics or advertising tracking is included.
